Transformation Office Lead
£600 - £700 per annum
The role of Transformation Office Lead supports the Head of Strategy & Transformation, Strategy Director, CFO & CEO in delivering strategic initiatives fundamental to this multiyear Transformation Programme. The successful candidate will plan, direct and coordinate activities to manage and implement the Programme, including running portfolio management activities, working closely with initiative leads to support execution and reporting and helping identify any issues early.
Key Responsibilities include:
working with stakeholders to initiate objectives, roles, responsibilities, milestones and reporting building and maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders reshaping the portfolio of initiatives required for Programme delivery tracking progress and performance and identifying issues quickly collating transformation office reporting for monthly meetings, to exec level supporting initiative leads to amend milestones and KPIs as appropriate supporting development of deep dive strategic updates where necessary based on performance/progress
The successful candidate will:
have basic financial reporting and analysis knowledge understand the requirement of organisational change and how programme management can support have good knowledge of a consumer orientated business and excellent commercial awareness good knowledge of organisational comms required for significant transformation programmes have the ability to develop partnerships and positive working relationships at all levels across a matrix organisation be able to deliver training on PM principals to all levels have proven expertise in designing and initiating significant change programmes have a global perspective, either working internationally or working on projects involving overseas businesses
