Salary: £18,000-£20,000 per annum

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri #########

Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:

  • Manage scarf collection administration
  • Prepare and check orders ready for processing.
  • Liaise with customers on labelling and delivery requirements, and order labels/swing tags for all accessories orders.
  • Liaise with accessories department, production and export managers regarding progress on orders.
  • Work with the accessories department to prioritise the orders/workload.
  • Respond to customer requests via email and telephone
  • Liaise with agents on customer follow-ups.
  • Keep running progress position regarding scarf order fulfilment from TMS manufacturing system and spreadsheet monitoring.
  • Coordinate scarf collection customer requirements for stock service articles.
  • Participate in production and stock reduction meetings.
  • Run reports relating to stock, sales, samples etc
  • Responsible for the coordination of scarf stock including:

  • transfers of stock
  • sending out samples
  • Collecting samples from Agents
  • Random stock counts
  • Using X3 to transfer data

  • Running and checking Agents commission statements
  • Providing Stock Reports for the FD

Customer Service Executive Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role (Essential)
  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
  • Strong computer literacy, including Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and literacy skills
