You will play the role of Subject Matter Expert for clients of the business, identifying and translating business and systems requirements into design documents that will be used to take your those organisations to the next level.
Because of your exceptional knowledge of NAV products and services, as well as their implementation, youll be able to provide the perfect solution to meet your clients needs.
How do I know if Im what theyre looking for?
Well, youll definitely have strong communication and relationship building skills. Youll be working sidebyside with clients, you see. Youll be in constant liaison to ensure business processes are properly documented, project deliverables meet clients expectations, and proper advice is given regarding implementations.
So, youll also have an innate eye for clear, concise documentation. All the as is to be processes need to be clearly put down for all parties. Account Managers will be working closely with you to ensure plans for demonstrations or proofs of concept are also recorded and stuck to.
If youre in possession of a good selling brain, that would be an advantage too. Youll be helping these clients to improve their business processes and systems, which will have a knockon effect to their own customers. So, at all times, you should be thinking about what other services these clients might avail of to make their processes simpler or more efficient.
What experience will I need to already have?
There are some nonnegotiables, I wont lie. These are:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV up to 2018
A few years of consulting on Dynamics NAV implementations
Experience of providing presales demonstrations
Experience of working on full lifecycle implementations preferably across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV
If you can bring some of these to the table, so much the better:
Understanding of MS SQL Server
Knowledge of the full SDLC
Project Management skills and experience
Will I be getting paid for all this?
Of course you will! At the very least, youll be in receipt of an annual salary of up to £65,000. But it doesnt end there. Theres a whole raft of benefits to go alongside that.
There are options for flexible working once youve bedded yourself in. Youll get 25 days holiday plus your bank holidays, free breakfast, a £50 voucher on your birthday, and quarterly recognition awards and prizes. Sounds pretty good, doesnt it?
