£30600 - £36210 per annum
TimePlan Education are recruiting for a Deputy Headteacher on behalf of a national, independent provider for education, residential care and a range of services for children and adults with additional learning needs. The Deputy Head role is permanent post to start as soon as possible, depending on the successful candidates availability. This is most likely to be a September start. The needs of service users are complex, including severe emotional and behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviour.
The Deputy Headteacher is responsible for working closely with the Headteacher in order to formulate the aims and objectives of the school, whilst establishing the policies through which they are to be achieved. You will be responsible for the standards and curriculum of all pupils, including monitoring of progress and achievement. You will need to be prepared and able to take full responsibility for the school in the absence of the Headteacher.
You will need to have QTS or an equivalent qualification in order to apply and can expect a salary from £30,600 £36,210.
