Senior HR Manager Banking
My client requires a Senior HR Manager who has Team Management experience as they will have direct line management reports of 12 people. You must have HR experience withiin banking ideally Global Banking and Markets or Commercial Banking rather than retail.
- You will have appreciation of the HR Advisory mode from a Business Partner, Generalist or Advisor view and experience of leading an Employee Relations Team would be of benefit.
In this role, you will lead a team to deliver the following services:
Provide advice, guidance and coaching, in relation to complex enquiries across aspects of HR Services. Relationship manage and coordinate support for multi stranded enquiries. Act as a primary query handling support for premier services, providing end to end coordination and quality assurance of query and transaction resolution. Support the change journey for people managers around a broad range of HR processes. Give support and encourage customer adoption of HR systems and tools. Act as escalation point to resolve businessspecific problems or to coordinate multiple HR specialists to resolve complex people issues.
