Introduction: Sable & Proctor are looking to recruit a Client Services Exec on behalf of an established and reputable retail Print / POS company who offer the full service from creative design and marketing insight through print and finishing to store after care. What you'll be doing: The Client Services Exec works within the Client Services team to ensure that any client interacting with our client, be it on initial contact or as an end receiver of goods, comes away with a positive experience - delighted and impressed with the speed of response and quality of service, wanting to return and place more business. The Exec will support the Client Services Account Managers, working closely with the Operations Director and Estimator to achieve our clients growth ambitions with quality service being at the heart of the operation. The role is fast paced and can be pressurised due to the speed of response expected by our clients and you should thrive in this environment. Initially, the client services role will be an internal one and will support the existing team. However, for the right person who has drive, passion and aptitude this role can evolve in to a fully fledged account manager where you will be responsible for larger clients and interacting with them face to face off site at their premises. Your accountabilities: -To respond to client enquiries in a timely manner, gathering all key information in order that their needs can be serviced. -To follow up on print quotations provided to clients to encourage order placement and gain feedback on the competitiveness of quotations. -To provide progress information on print orders to the Client Services Account Managers and direct to clients. -To support the Client Services Account Managers and Sales Director in the development of information packages for new prospects and existing clients. What our client is looking for: -Someone who has a warm, confident telephone manner which conveys an impression of expertise, capability and great customer service. -Excellent listening and briefing skills to accurately understand and convey client requirements to the Account Managers and estimating team. -Focus on detail to ensure that all client requirements are captured to facilitate accurate job evaluation and the compilation of winning bids. -Passionate team player who works both independently and collectively to achieve goals. -Effective prioritisation of work and the ability to forward plan. -Flexible and proactive with a focus on problem solving to ensure delivery of quality products and excellent customer service.
