Help Desk Executive Watford £30,000

A leading multinational firm are looking for a Help Desk Executive to join their new branch, and help to organise 2nd line support issues from internal and external sources. This is a key position in the office, and you will play a vital role communicating across every level of the business, to ensure issues and complaints are dealt with in a timely and orderly fashion.

Role Requirements

  • Communicating with customers and colleagues to help organise any issues that arise
  • Educating customers on product knowledge
  • Log and track all calls including prioritisation of issues
  • Communicating with management on any issues to help improve the overall service quality
  • Learn and understand the companies offerings
  • Being a representative of the company

What you need

  • Previous experience in a similar support role
  • Good overall computer skills and technical knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good relationship builder
  • Great organisational skills
