Help Desk Executive Watford £30,000
A leading multinational firm are looking for a Help Desk Executive to join their new branch, and help to organise 2nd line support issues from internal and external sources. This is a key position in the office, and you will play a vital role communicating across every level of the business, to ensure issues and complaints are dealt with in a timely and orderly fashion.
- Communicating with customers and colleagues to help organise any issues that arise
- Educating customers on product knowledge
- Log and track all calls including prioritisation of issues
- Communicating with management on any issues to help improve the overall service quality
- Learn and understand the companies offerings
- Being a representative of the company
What you need
- Previous experience in a similar support role
- Good overall computer skills and technical knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good relationship builder
- Great organisational skills
