For you, that will mean managing administrative systems and processes to perfection to help our Home Manager effectively run services, here. To co-ordinate activities and resources in support of the delivery of the domiciliary service. To process information through organisational systems to ensure the efficient running of the business whilst meeting legislative requirements around Data Protection.

You’ll need great Microsoft Office, Time Management and Organisational skills. Level 2 Business Administration and experience in staff rostering is preferred, but not essential.

Beyond that, it’s all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. So, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.
