Location: Lincolnshire

Salary: Competitive Salary & commission based incentives package with attractive company pension scheme, company car, lap top & mobile phone provided

Hours: 08:30hrs -17:30 hrs (Monday to Friday)

Job type: Permanent

Summary of the Area Sales Representative:

  • Achieve all sales targets
  • Maintain regular contact with all customers
  • Consistently seek and optimise new sales opportunities
  • Represent Toolbank in a professional manner at all times

Responsibilities of the Area Sales Representative:

  • Achieve all sales targets & KPI's set by BM/RSM
  • Maintain regular & reliable contact with all customers to an agreed journey plan
  • Consistently seek and optimise new sales opportunities inside & outside current customer base
  • Develop, update and implement action plan, advise RSM/BM/NAM's and include national accounts as relevant
  • Seek and provide immediate market information to RSM/BM/NAM's
  • Comply with Salesman's Standards
  • Plan, organise, prioritise workload and promotional activities
  • Extensive knowledge of Toolbank stock range and promotional calendar
  • Support company communication structure
  • Flexibility in working hours to support administration, company & supplier launches and retailer trade events

Requirements of the Area Sales Representative:

  • Product knowledge
  • Good communication/organisation skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT
  • Full driving licence
