Job overview: Due to continued growth across the wellbeing division, we are looking for 3 people to undertake a 13-15 month Digital Marketing Apprenticeship. The THG apprenticeship programme is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals that can bring fresh and innovative thinking to THG and play a part in driving the Group forward on its truly exciting journey. Our apprenticeship programme gives you the opportunity to innovate and work on real projects, learn on the job from people who have a vast amount of industry experience, whilst working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification. At THG we offer apprenticeships from Foundation Level right through to Master’s Degree Level, across a number of our different divisions, giving you the opportunity to learn and grow with THG. Main role / Responsibilities: will include but not be limited to : The below are the three roles we are recruiting for. Apprentice CRM Executive - Beauty Team- LookFantastic: Duties will include but are not limited to: • Site/brand specific email sales and growth strategy • Ensuring brand identity is reflected in our CRM marketing activities • Working with internal stakeholders to plan, build and schedule emails to our customer database • Testing email campaigns progressively and reviewing campaign performance to optimise email marketing • Segmenting our customer database appropriately for targeted marketing activities • Working in synergy with the Commercial Marketing team to deliver Sold Out Marketing • Working in synergy with the CRM Data Analyst to gain valuable insights, and subsequently driving relevant actions Due to continued growth across the beauty division, we are looking for a CRM Executive Apprentice to join the team, responsible for working closely with the Senior CRM Executive on multiple projects and day-to-day activities such as email creation, data analysis and segmentation, WhatsApp creation, reporting and planning, for our lookfantastic International Markets. This role will work closely with a lots of internal teams including but not limited to: trading, content, social media, SEO, Paid Media, Data, Buying and other CRM teams. SEO Apprentice – Wellbeing: Start with a 13-15 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship: • Managing the day-to-day work load of the accounts by setting up, running, optimising and analysing paid search campaigns. • Manage day-to-day on-page optimisation in accordance to the latest SEO standards (e.g. optimize product and page content, write engaging product content, redirect duplicated page links etc.) • Ensure social media activity is regularly audited to ensure quality and consistency. • Deliver data-driven insights to improve marketing and buying efficiency (e.g. remarketing, market segmentation etc. Due to continued growth across the Wellbeing Division, we are looking for 1 x SEO apprentice to join the team. As a SEO Apprentice you will quickly become an important well rounded member of the team because you will be introduced to all areas of the division such as Web Design, Social Media, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Information Security, Data Management and Analytics, Content Marketing, Digital and Social Media Strategy, Implementation Customer Relationship Manager, Implementation Customer Relationship Management. CRM Executive Apprentice – Wellbeing: Start with a 13-15 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship: • Site/brand specific email sales and growth strategy • Ensuring brand identity is reflected in our wellbeing CRM marketing activities • Working with internal stakeholders to plan, build and schedule emails to our customer database • Testing email campaigns progressively and reviewing campaign performance to optimise email marketing • Segmenting our customer database appropriately for targeted marketing activities • Working in synergy with the CRM Data Analyst to gain valuable insights, and subsequently driving relevant actions Due to continued growth across the wellbeing division, we are looking for a Junior CRM Executive, who will be responsible for working closely with the Senior CRM Executive on multiple projects and day-to-day activities such as email creation, data analysis and segmentation, WhatsApp creation, reporting and planning, for the wellbeing team. This role will work closely with a lots of internal teams including but not limited to: trading, content, social media, SEO, Paid Media, Data, and Buying. Desired qualities, skills and knowledge: • Desire to take on a role with a high level of autonomy and responsibility • Good communication and relationship building skills • Strong analytical skills • Interest in Fitness or Sports Nutrition would be beneficial Desired qualification requirements: Minimum grade 5 in GCSE Maths and English, And/or 3 A-Levels, minimum grades C and above, preferably a STEM subject but other A Levels will be considered. Working week: 40 hrs per week Salary: £200 per week. Benefits of the role: £100 Attendance Bonus each month for full attendance. Important Information: QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education. To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
