We are currently looking for honest reliable compassionate and motivated people to be part of a new service we are developing.
We deliver support to individuals with variable support needs, we need someone who is willing to commit to supporting people to live their best life.
Our team have varied skills and personalities and are able to provide support a number of people within their own home. A consistent and person-centred approach has improved people's independence, skills, motivation and self-esteem.

We have a person-centred approach to providing support and you will be required work a mixture of shifts which include to cover the service 24 hours which include sleep in and live nights.
Each week you will be put on a rota equating to your contracted hours over a 4-week period.
You will be required to work weekends, evenings, bank holidays Christmas new years and all the days in-between.
The Rotas are produced far in advance so you will always know when you are working.
Management are very flexible with the rota and will work with the team and the people we support to offer a work life balance.
Overtime is on offer, dependent on staff annual leave and sickness. You will also be able to pick up extra shifts in our other services if they have the availability.
Hourly Rate - £8.45
Sleeps in's - £36 plus a top up to national minimum wage
Supporting daily living
Assisting people to access the local community
Attending medical appointments with the people we support
Working with individualised and person-centred support plans
Getting involved in recreational and vocational activities
Elements of personal care and advice
