This organisation is a leading global provider of endtoend payment solutions. Their core purpose is to enable businesses and consumers to connect and transact seamlessly through their industryleading capabilities in payment processing, digital wallets and online cash solutions.

THE ROLE

In this role as a Customer Insight Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking complex data analysis directly from the digital wallet warehouses, interpreting and presenting the insights to key business stakeholders, both written/visually and verbally
  • Play a key role in the development and administration of predictive and customer segmentation models. Own the commercial application and deployment of these models into the Digital Wallet business
  • Collaborate with other Customer Insight team members as well as the relevant Marketing and Product team counterparts to devise the most appropriate CRM strategies for customers along a key stage of the customer journey

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong data analytical skills and experience working across different technologies / tools with the ability to comfortably work with large data sets
  • Hands on experience of writing complex queries in SQL
  • Experience of using data mining tools such as R, Python, and SPSS Modeller
