Salary range: £18,000 - £21,000 + Benefits + career progression

"Client Support Executive" Main Responsibilities:

  • To build and manage client relationships by proactively contact existing clients via telephone and email.
  • Respond to client incoming enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To make calls to existing clients to introduce, but not sell, new products and book in and deliver online product demonstrations.
  • Creating new client accounts, ensuring all new clients are booked in for product demonstrations.
  • Record all conversations on our CRM and maintain accurate and up to date client data and activities.
  • To support with administrative tasks by monitoring all inboxes.
  • Achieve team KPIs and service levels

"Client Support Executive" Candidate experience:

  • Customer service experience within a customer relationship role
  • Experience within a people environment
  • Experience within a busy commercial environment
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Self-awareness & ability to adapt to different profiles & levels of experience
  • Ability to be reactive & quick thinking
  • Ability to problem solve and formulate a solution
  • Experience of using CRM systems or similar (desirable)
  • Educated to degree level (desirable)
  • GCSEs
