£35000 - £45000 per annum
Big companies are slow moving behemoths and small companies make you feel like you're a person and not a number.
Small companies are unstable and lack structure, big companies can offer more opportunities and growth.
We've all heard the clichés and most of us want the best of both worlds, even if we don't think it exists. However in this instance, if you're a good Paraplanner, I might just be able to offer that solution.
Here's the deal
- This company are huge, they're been in existence nearly 100 years and work in over 100 countries around the world, because of this, they can offer professional growth and the chance to move your career better than anyone
- They work with some of the biggest companies and wealthiest individuals, which means you deal with the calibre of client most can only dream of
- They have the clout to hire great people, so as a Paraplanner, you work with the best Advisors out there and they have great systems in place to help make your job easier to do
And now you're looking for a "but" and I'm not sure there is one.
Paraplanning comes under a much smaller and separate part of the business. They operate independently from the bigger business but maintain the backing of it.
This means that you feel part of a small team, you feel like a person and you feel like you matter.
It also means that when you do a good job, people notice and the pathway to grow your career is huge.
This all means you get the positives of a bigger firm, with a lot of what makes working for a small team great as well.
