Purchase Ledger Clerk
£9 - £11 per hour
Robert Half is in an exclusive relationship with a reputable company that is experiencing rapid sequential growth to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk. Based in the City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for any ledger professional who is looking to work in a wellestablished finance team, with a company that actively promotes internal career progression.
They require someone for 6 months to provide support within the Finance Team.
You will be responsible for:
Raising Purchase Orders for new goods Processing supplier invoices using bespoke systems (around 100 per day) Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements Dealing with invoice related queries ensuring prompt resolution Supporting the wider finance team with adhoc tasks as required
To be considered for this Purchase Ledger role you will need:
Previous experience in processing / entering invoices Strong Excel skills Strong communication skills Able to prioritise workloads accordingly
