Employer Engagement Manager Home and office based covering Bristol/South West Regional Role) Up to £30,000, company car, excellent bonus scheme / 20 days holiday plus Bank holidays along with a 2 week Christmas closure / Pension scheme on offer / Use of an onsite Gym and Restaurant / Career progression and continual professional development. The Role: Employer Engagement Manager * If youve got a strong background within apprenticeship sales and account development and youd like to move into a more specialist field of training, this role could be for you * Working from home and the Bristol based office, you will be contacting levy and non levy paying companies in order to promote a range of specialist training and apprenticeships * You will be able to demonstrate how you have an effective sales strategy and the steps you take to build a pipeline for future work. * You will be targeting new business in order to secure new accounts and youll be providing an exceptional level of client care in order to maintain and grow existing accounts. * A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required. Essential Requirements: Employer Engagement Manager * You will have a background selling apprenticeships and training. You will either be working in a similar role now or will have done quite recently. * You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work to and achieve targets. * You will have the experience to create a sales strategy and know what steps you need to take to build an effective business pipeline. * Naturally you will be professionally presented, have the confidence to meet with decision makers at all levels and be able to engage with them. * In previous roles you will have been required to undertake a training needs analysis and then create a tailor made solution for your prospective client.
