Secondary School KS3 dealing with emotional and mental health

Are you a creative Qualified Teacher to looking to secure a long-term teaching role in an SEND school?

You would be working one to one and with small groups with students delivering the core curriculum in an SEN school?

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Qualified Teacher to start within an SEND school?

You would be delivering a varried curriculum to students on a one to one basis and in small groups.

The role is to start Sept, and will run until the end of the academic year, with a view to extending the contract into the new academic year.

The school are looking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic teacher who will join a highly committed team.

This is a full-time role teaching students in the lower school who are struggling to make the transition into secondary school. Many of the pupils are working below their age group and ability. Many of the students struggle to access a traditional curriculum, the school are looking for a teacher that has a growth mind set and has the ability to engage and motivate the learning of some extremely complex children. The main area of focus for this role is delivering Maths and English at KS2 level and low level KS3 also.

We require a teacher with a passion for learning and the ability to grow, nurture and expand their thirst for learning

Prospero teaching requirements:

  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK
  • You must hold QTS or a UK recognised equivalent teaching qualifications
  • This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
