Academics are working closely with a primary school in north Birmingham who are looking to recruit a talented and experienced School Office Manager to work on a temporary basis, with the view the view of a permanent position. The school is OFSTED rated Good and you will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy school office. The position will be full time and is to start in September 2019. To be considered, you must have experience working as a School Office Manager. Applicants will also be asked to either provide a DBS that is either dated within the last 12 months, a DBS which is on the update service or be willing to pay for a new application at the cost of GBP50.00

School Office Manager Essential experience required:

*Processing orders

*Invoicing

*Knowledge of using SAP

*CMIS, Sims, FMS6, Addsum4 or finance packages used in schools

*Good IT skills

*HR

*Good people management skills

*Good organisational skills
