**This hot opportunity starts of life as a 3 month internship with a****starting salary is £24k however, with successful integration and performance there is potential to move up to £28k after 6 months and becoming an "Implementation Analyst".** **The role in a nutshell:**
The role suits a graduate that has a passion for data and problem solving. This would be more important to the company than someone looking for a career in advertising/marketing. We're looking for a data-driven and highly proactive individual to support the Customer Success (CS) team of this great mobile analytics platform. As an Implementation assistant you will learn the foundations of producing the most comprehensive marketing reports whilst using innovative methodologies to drive automation. You will get a wide exposure from dealing with clients personally to solving technical challenges with their data.

As a fast growing start-up there is loads of room for growth and carving out a job that suits your skills and passions, and every day is different from the last. **Key responsibilities of the role:** *Primary:* - Implementing solutions to new clients to solve their data needs - Supporting existing clients with their data requests - Ensuring client reports are up to date, by aggregating multiple performance marketing sources - Solving inconsistencies in the data by utilising problem solving skills - Helping clients to gain more insight from using advanced data enrichment and set up - Identifying and implementing room for automation *Additional exposure:* - Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure data integrity including fraud prevention - Supporting Data Solutions & Product specialists with specifications for further automation features and API integrations **Key requirements of the role;** - Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach to problems - Excellent Excel skills - Attention to detail is a must - Clear communicator, ability to put ideas across concisely using various forms of communication - Team player - Able to work under pressure when tight deadlines occur - Confident, self-starter, driven & proactive - Commercially aware and career oriented - Digital marketing or programming experience is a plus, but not essential **Perks of the role:** - Opportunity to Learn & Grow - Almost everyone in the company started as an intern somewhere or another in the last 5 years, including the CEO, so they appreciate everyone needs to be given opportunities and the right mentorship for a successful career - Relaxed working environment – they’re a social bunch, ego-free, and enjoy regular team lunches & drinks
