Role: Helpdesk Operative Level 2
Location: London

  • A global business dating back 30+ years are on the lookout for a Helpdesk Operative to join their IT team at a 1st line level. They need someone to help support their internal/external user base and general IT systems. You will primarily be responsible for supporting the IT Support Engineers, Printers and Scanners Hardware and Software and general day to day support of the business' people and technology.

  • What this Role Will Entail:
    * Working alongside senior members of the IT Team to troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues
    * Supporting internal and external users
    * Providing training for new starting Engineers
    * Liaising with Account managers and high-level Engineers

  • Knowledge and Skills Required for the Role:
    * Windows 7 -10 support
    * Basic Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP)
    * Office 365
    * Printers and Scanner hardware and software
    * Experience in Hardware and Software Support
