Workspace Assistant - Regional
Temporary (Full time)
Berry Recruitment are looking for a Workspace Assistant - Regional in Bristol BS1 to start on Monday.
The regional Workspace Assistant will be responsible for supporting the provision of client focused service in their through the application of policy and best practice.
Gatekeeper and ambassador for supporting ISS###### achieve a Workplace of the future ambition.
Ownership and responsibility for a total Workplace delivery within the building using the ISS FM helpdesk and the wider Workplace network.
To provide support for EY Workplace teams within the buildings.
To ensure adequate cover at all times in conjunction with any service providers.
To support in ensuring the office working environment and workplace services supporting the business achieve financial and qualitative standards, meet customer expectations and are continually improved.
To operate as local "eyes and ears" of the workplace team bringing any areas of improvement or issues to the local Workplace Coordinators attention.
To encourage a self-help ethos within the business and ensure that all Workplace related incidents are logged via the ISS FM Helpdesk.
As a Workplace Assistant you are responsible for supporting the safety and security of all building and EY office responsibilities
Support, coordinate, plan and undertake staff H&S inductions
Support induction for new starters and people who transfer using agreed H&S materials.
Support and complete third party contractor inductions.
Support and undertake office DSE assessmentsMonthly responsibilities
Support the local WPC to submit monthly Health and Safety returns
Daily visual office inspections
Review and update noticeboards and signage as required including;
Health and safety signage
Office first aider contacts '222'
Out of hours working posterAd-hoc tasks and responsibilities
Fire warden l duties
First aiders duties
DSE assessor duties
Supporting the local WPC by submitting and investigating accidents, incidents, ill health and near misses
Supporting the completion of Ad-hoc risk assessments
Personal Emergency Evacuation PlansKey Attributes

Awareness of the impact upon the firm of legislative, technological or other changes, with the ability to respond effectively
A general awareness of workplace services and operations
Good IT skills and ability to use application based software
Duration : 1 Month
Shift: 9AM to 5PM
Rate: £15 per hour
