Our client is a major Facilities Management Service provider, and they are looking for a Contract Manager for one of their premier clients who are an instantly recognisable organisation with their headquarters located in Tower Hill, London E1.
Summary of Duties of the Facilities Manager
* Direct control of a Total FM Maintenance Contract
* Full management strategy
* Client liaison and relationship
* Overall P&L responsibility
* Future planning regarding target growth within the sector
Your team will deliver Mechanical and Electrical services, Security and Cleaning.
Your team will comprise of several M&E technicians, Cleaning Supervisors and Security personnel and managing the outsourced subcontractors.
Your maintenance division will cover M&E, Air Conditioning, Controls, BMS and Plumbing and Heating, Cleaning and Security so experience of TFM contracts would be very handy.
There is already on board across the country well-established network of FM teams, Engineers, Helpdesk team, HVAC engineers and team supervisors so we need your expertise and experience to bring it all together, implement efficiency and drive up the overall confidence of clients and increase the turnover and profitability of this contract.
Your role is to bring all of these elements together to ensure the best allocation of resources, you will also take responsibility for the full P&L of the contract.
Background and Experience – Facilities Manager
* Operational Management of TFM delivery
* Conversant with commercial building services maintenance standards
* Strong Client facing skills
* Building Services Engineering understanding or background
* Team builder and motivator
* Good Networker, strong organiser and multi-tasker
This is a key role within the company and with all Contract Managers there will be a big focus from the Directorship to see you succeed and support you in this position from the very top of the board which will give you direct access to the highest level within the organisation.
