JOB DESCRIPTION: Service Administrator / Maintenance / Coordinator / Logistics / Construction & Manufacturing

The key responsibility of this role is to make the whole Maintenance Division (which is run like it's own business from a profit/loss perspective) more efficient and more successful.

Reporting to the Service & After Sales Manager, this is a new role designed to support the efficient running and daily logistics / administration of the department. Your role is vital in maintaining strong communication links between various internal and external stakeholders including Engineers, our clients and the wider maintenance divisional team.

Logistics are also a key part of this role - ensuring deliveries to site meet requirements and time frames. This involves identifying potential bottlenecks in supply and preventing problems before they become problems.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Service Administrator / Maintenance / Coordinator / Logistics / Construction & Manufacturing

To be considered for this role, you MUST:

· Have experience of working in an administrative role in a service / maintenance / logistics capacity - ideally from a construction or manufacturing environment
· Have a good familiarity with Microsoft Office

Any electrical or mechanical understanding would be a benefit - as would a working knowledge of BOM's, O&M manuals, and RAMS (Risk Assessments).
