Keeler recuitment is excited to be recruiting exclusively for this high-profile, innovative, fast growing business based in Norwich.

Your purpose as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be:

To provide commercial financial insight and decision support to the Senior Management Team and Plc Board. Manage both internal and external stakeholders with a particular focus on our investor and analyst communities. Be proactive with initiatives and direction. Strive for continuous improvement and be a critical part of our growth ambition. Drive value through data, understanding and reporting.

To be successful in the role you will:

Own and deliver consistent, accurate and timely Plc reporting with insightful commentary
Drive consistency in local BU board reporting through standard templates and models, driving the new quarterly reporting cadence
Work alongside the FP&A Director to manage the Global Budget, Forecast and Outlook processes, timetables and deliverables.
Understand, embed and articulate the key performance metrics (sales retention, payback, SS EBIT)
Own the consolidated R&O process
Be a superuser and Finance expert for our BU planning tools (new R&Os)
Create and maintain a suite of investment appraisal reporting keeping our outlook updated and identifying areas of opportunity
Development deeper revenue reporting (weekly, monthly)
Be a key contributor in delivering the Annual Report and Results Presentation, working closer with our investor relations team and other external stakeholders
Identify and recommend actions to optimise business results through financial modeling and sensitivity analysis
Work as part of the Global FP&A team to collaborate with other markets to establish best practice, identify challenges and opportunities, and share success
Be the link between the Global Finance and Data teams. Understanding the data architecture and driving consistency through reporting
Deputise for the FP&A Director and support with ad hoc projects as required

Have a nimble and balanced understanding of the big picture, in-depth analytics, and high operating rigor to comfortably navigate and influence management
Enjoy collaborating with leaders to build operational plans and communicate business results
Have experience creating complex models and scenario analysis to inform decision making
Can manage multiple projects at once
Have demonstrable experience of doing this before
Are comfortable with fast paced, growth environment, but remains objective and data driven
Have excellent Excel and data mgmt. skills
Are entrepreneurial nature – sees opportunities for improvement and makes them happen
Are able to work well as part of a team and as an individual – will need to be able to find solutions and source data independently
Manage the demands of a Global business, . time zones, jurisdictional differences
Requirements

5+ years of relevant post qualified financial experience
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
Bachelor degree in a related discipline
Ideally experience working in fast moving commercial organisation
Experience with SQL, crystal reporting or similar data warehouse query-based systems (a bonus)
