£33,000 + Overtime and Benefits!

Our client is a global leader in environmental solutions, providing a comprehensive range of waste, water and energy management services throughout the UK. They are currently looking for an EC&I Technician to join their Hazardous Waste team in Liverpool, specialising in solvent recovery.

Roles & Responsibilities
As an EC&I Technician, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

Providing site Electrical, Instrumentation and Control maintenance support across the facility
Fault finding and diagnostics of various plant and machinery including pumps, gearboxes, motors and much more
Inspection, testing and servicing of equipment
Ensuring all health and safety legislations are adhered to at all times
Carrying out installations and calibrations of site equipment
Working closely with the Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Technicians to ensure a smooth running of the shift
This is a Monday - Friday position with an occasional weekend call out rota. Please only apply if this suitable

Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

An EC&I qualification (Minimum NVQ Level 3)
DSEAR knowledge and experience
A strong understanding of functional safety
18th Edition would be ideal but not compulsory
Experience of working within a chemical or hazardous environment
Strong electrical, control and instrumentation experience
