Branch Manager - Health & Social Care
As social care is focused on repeat business, relationship building will be a core part of your success, with much of your time spent on the phone and meeting both school contacts and your supply staff face to face. You will need to be sales focused to stand out
As a billing recruitment branch manager, you'll be responsible for getting the branch up and running, with the full support and guidance of senior management.
The person we are looking for will thrive from leading by example and will be responsible for driving the branch to its full potential. It is important that you possess the skills to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.
You will be responsible for:
Business development calls to develop new relationships in an assigned area
Face to face visits with clients and alternative provisions to reinforce existing relationships as well as developing new ones
Writing great job adverts to attract suitable candidates for positions
Telephone screening and interviewing prospective candidates to ensure the needs of the provisions we work with are met effectively
Motivating and managing the team
Overseeing the Compliance Division
