Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for experienced customer service administrator to join a well known company based in Birmingham

About you

· Great Attention to Detail

· Strong Organisation Skills

· Clear Telephone Manner

· Computer Literacy and Skills

· Good Communication Skills

· Self-Motivated and Confident

· Any pharmaceutical experience (desirable)

The Role

· 40 hours per week 9am-6pm (1hour lunch break)

· training fully provided

· Inbound calls/emails/fax /scanning/photocopying
