Job DescriptionSenior Customer Care Specialist Northampton Permanent Career Level 6 We are looking for a Senior Customer Care Specialist who is confident delivering first class customer service, taking ownership of customer enquiries, and resolving potential role will require you to respond to escalated customer calls and emails, in a timely manner to resolve any potential or logged complaints. You'll investigate customer issues to identify the root cause and offer honest solutions to resolve an issue. The successful candidate will take responsibility for any complaints escalated to the Operations Director, Managing Director, regulatory bodies and via social media to mitigate business will liaise with external industry bodies such as Citizens Advice or the Ombudsman to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily. A strong understanding of the customer lifecycle is essential as well as providing support the team in the delivery of ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complaints within the Energy sector, investigating escalated enquiries, and responding appropriately. You'll be a keen problem solver, show genuine empathy and resilience. You will have a passion for outstanding customer service and display excellent verbal and written communication. A proven ability to manage and defuse conflict and resolve disputes to agree a fair outcome.
