We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join SimkissGuy Recruitment in a brand-new role, developing and overseeing the temporary division.

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will be responsible for a range of recruitment and resourcing responsibilities, heading up the temporary division of the company. On a daily basis, you will manage the current portfolio of temporary workers, building relationships with candidates and acting as their main point of contact. You will also be looking for opportunities to further develop the temporary division of the business, making introductions to potential new clients and following up on current leads in order to maximise temporary recruitment opportunities.

Overseeing both the client and candidate side of the temporary recruitment division, you will proactively resource for immediately available candidates to add to the portfolio, using a variety of job boards and by monitoring advert responses. You will liaise with clients regarding their temporary requirements, providing them with effective recruitment support, placing temporary candidates in suitable roles and building strong working relationships to ensure outstanding service is provided at all times.

Acting as the main point of contact between candidates and our external payroll provider, you will be a confident communicator with excellent attention to detail. Logging and tracking high volumes of confidential information on the internal CRM system and across Microsoft Office applications, you will take a diligent and methodical approach.

For this exciting and challenging Recruitment Account Manager role, you will need to have come from a Recruitment background, ideally with experience managing high volumes of temporary and contract candidates. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner, be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels and be confident working under pressure, in a truly fast-paced position. You will also need to have a flexible approach to speaking to candidates outside of office hours and attending events across the city in the evenings.
