Administrator - Reception Administrator Location: Glasgow Salary: £17,000 to £19,000 Depending On Experience Hours: Mon 9am to 5pm, Tues 9am to 7pm, Wed 9am to 5pm, Thur 9am to 5pm, Fri 9am to 3pm Job Specification: My client require a team player, with a conscientious and enthusiastic approach to be the first point of contact for their Clients to join them in their busy Accountancy Practice in Glasgow The ideal candidate will be required to: Answer all incoming telephone enquiries, record messages and pass calls to the relevant department. Greeting all visitors to the building Processing Client Registration forms Carrying out ID Checks and Setting up Client Files Diary Management General administrative duties as required (Financial processing including invoicing, filing, cash handling) PA to Managing Director Experienced Required: The Successful Candidate will possess; An excellent written and spoken level of the English language is required, along with a good level of computer/IT knowledge.
