Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Manage customers' accounts
- Maintain inventory
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and put away
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Pull product for orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in various tasks around the company
- Great Communication (especially on Phones & Email)
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Hardworking, self-motivated individual
- Able to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and think on your feet
