HR Administrator I am currently recruiting on behalf of a large multi organisation based in Coventry at their head office. They are looking for a highly driven individual to join their growing HR team. This is a full time 9-month fixed term contract offering a salary of £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the day to day administration of the personnel department, ensuring processes are followed and implemented correctly. • Correlate induction packs for new starters • Follow up on reference checks new employees and past employees • Monitor return of recruitment documents • Monitor and report on the return of annual reviews across the society • Ensure uniforms and name-badges are ordered there is always adequate supply • Note take at various meetings including internal investigations, disciplinary hearings, welfare meetings, adhoc meetings when required • Deal with general queries from food and funeral division • Produce vacancy posters and advertise job roles for the society on various platforms • Calculate bonus voucher employee entitlement as part of society bonus • Provide various reports as and when required by personnel manager • Any adhoc duties required by manager • Actively participate in all training and development activities • To work as part of a team and to achieve store a priorities and goals • To promote good working relationships in own department and across the society divisions • To demonstrate a high standard of personal appearance and conduct at all times Individual requirements • Excellent attention to detail • Highly driven with a strong work ethic • Team player • Awareness of the importance of confidentiality always • Excellent communication skills written and verbal • Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint If you are interested please click APPLY!
