Thames Water is the UK’s largest water and wastewater company. What you will be doing
We are looking for an Account Manager to effectively manage and maintain good working relationships with our *NAV customer base.
This role wil give you exposure not only to our existing customers but also new business who are seeking wholesale water and/or sewerage services for a specific area, typically for a new or large development.
*New appointments and variations (NAV ) are limited companies which provide a water and /or waste services to customers.
We’re looking for you to:
Have the ability and understanding of where we may have gaps in our current processes and be able to work to resolve these, whilst also identifying areas of improvement.
Understand what frustrations our NAV customers and can forward plan to identify resolution opportunity to prevent formal complaints
Business partner and work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure accuracy in our meters which will result in accurate regular billing cycles and improved customer trust.
Be able to implement processes to enable the company to be more proactive in identifying and communicating issues with the meters to our customers
Facilitate quarterly face to face account management meetings, monthly account management calls and ad hoc meetings as and when required with all our NAV customers
Identify improvement opportunities both internally and externallyWhat’s in it for you?
