Architectural REVIT Technologist Developer

Architectural REVIT Technologist required to join a groundbreaking sustainable Residential developer based within Leeds City centre.

Having commenced the journey 10 years ago our client have picked up over 60 awards for design, sustainability, innovation and enterprise.

The next chapter in their business plan will see them deliver over 1000 new homes, offices, restaurants and amenities in the regions city centres, which we aim to create some of the most exciting and innovative developments possible.
The purpose of the role is to assist with the production of design and technical information for the development of the companies housing systems. This role will be involved with the complete design and construction process, from RIBA stages 07.

Responsibilities also include

Production and Coordination of timber frame fabrication information packages
Development of technical solutions to briefs in conjunction with others
BIM Content development (Training provided)
BIM Collaboration/Coordination
Clash detection
Maintaining manufacturing library of components to allow building types to be built efficiently using CNC files produced
Ensure construction documents accuracy based on standard fabrication model
Intermediate+ Revit & CAD skills
Development of technical solutions to briefs
Understanding of UK Building Regulations
Excellent communicator of ideas and views
Good at managing deadlines
Required experience and qualifications
Autodesk Revit skills are essential
AutoCad skills
Exceptional technical detail skills
Understanding of UK Building Regulations
Understanding of complete RIBA POW with understanding of all outputs and requirements of design for RIBA Stages 47
General understanding of interoperability between software used to accomplish own tasks
Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion

Hours and environment

A flexible working policy for this role where it is expected that the individual meets or exceeds their objectives, they are not prescriptive about times or days worked as long as the results are being achieved. The usual working hours are 95:30pm but these vary from individual to individual.

Salary and Benefits

£35,000 per annum, uncapped annual leave, Generous pension, Healthcare.
