Highways Project Manager – Tier 1 National Contractor - up to £70,000 plus package

Role: Project Manager
Salary: up to £70,000 plus package DOE

Successfully manage multiple teams contributing to their professional development.
Demonstrate first class project management capabilities able to showcase a track record of delivering to clients expectations.
Showcase expertise in developing a performance culture
Bring to the table advanced communication skills adept at interfacing with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
Highlight your strong knowledge of CDM 15, NEC and commercial acumen.
Lead and delegate.
Highlight your Design and Build / ECI experience within infrastructure Responsibilities as part of the role
Manage, monitor and review direct reports and team performances, providing encouragement and discipline as and when required.
Lead the project team in stakeholder communication and management
Lead the project team in delivering our commitments, including community engagement, Employment & Skills, Innovations and through working groups.
Engage with the designer and other stakeholders to ensure a safe, buildable and timely design is achieved within the detailed design phase to allow efficient delivery of the scheme.
Work with the commercial team to manage change and to ensure correct allocations within the client allowances and budgets
Plan, prepare and facilitate collaborative workshops as and when required
Ensure all pre-commencement and regulatory requirements are discharged prior to work commencing.
Plan and prepare for delivery of the Scheme throughout the project lifecycle.
Plan, prepare and oversee the establishment of the site offices and compound
Take ownership of risk & opportunities in conjunction with the Risk Manager
Lead the Commercial Team to manage costs, and maximise cash flow and profitability, capturing any changes in scope.
Manage the Construction Teams and Supply Chain partners to ensure delivery of the Scheme in line with the agreed Budget, Programme and Scope.
Engage with the Performance Team to ensure all CPF/BSC scoring is completed and evidenced.
Knowledge skills & experience required:
CITB Level 3 Safety Course.
Appropriate CSCS Card.
Degree (or equivalent) in appropriate subject (desirable).
Professional Qualification (desirable).
Experience as a Project Manager or similar.
Experience in a similar role.
Experience running projects as a "number 1".
