Our Subsea Connectors Business in Ulverston is on the lookout for a Coordinator to join our Order Delivery Team. We're a world leader in the design and manufacture of Subsea electrical and fibre optic connectors used in the Oil & Gas and Renewables sectors. Our state-of-the-art facility in Ulverston situated 10 minutes from the Lake District offers an idyllic working environment, with remote working options also available based on the business need. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver our connector orders through the plant and onto our customers with a strong focus on quality and on time delivery. Whilst no formal higher education is required, a qualification at college or University in a business subject is desirable but not essential. A strong desire to learn and develop skills and knowledge of the business, its products, and its application within industry. Attention to detail and a strong customer focus is a must. Once trained, an ability to work independently, managing work scopes with minimal supervision. Proven experience in a sales/customer service setting is desirable. Knowledge and understanding of both ERP and PLM systems (SAP & Team Centre) is also desirable but not essential: Your responsibilities. Undertake day to day delivery operations and communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Responsible for overseeing and supporting customer orders through production and despatch. Interfacing with Order Engagement Team to ensure quality handover of work scopes. Assist in managing and maintaining Siemens customer relationship with allocated customers. Supporting the timely resolution of production / QC issues which risk on-time delivery. Ensuring customer complaints & concessions are closed out in a timely & professional manner. Coordinating customer product inspections either remotely or onsite. Managing change to products ensuring that quality is maintained throughout. Processing of documentation and subsequent shipping authorisations to the despatch team. Providing customer with regular detailed order update reports. Responsible take action to ensure orders stay on track in terms of on time delivery and quality. Undertake visits to customer sites and host visits as and when required: Let's talk about us.
