Job Title: Junior Project Administrator (WFH option + European travel opportunities)

Location: Folkestone, office based short term, then 2-3 days WFH/office

Salary: Call us to discuss on (phone number removed)

Duration: 12 month contract

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am-4pm

The company we're recruiting for would like to recruit a proactive individual with strong administrative skills and a positive, co-operative and flexible approach to work. You will be providing comprehensive support to the Project Management team in the delivery of its portfolio. Your role will be to support Project Managers in the day to day activities that require significant administrative support.

Key responsibilities:

Working closely with Project Managers to progress delivery of tasks, deliverables, and outputs.
Liaising with functional units to coordinate tasks and drive alignment to common vision and delivery plan.
Working with the EU Project Manager to define and evolve common project metrics to ensure that relevant information is being tracked and monitored.
Supporting colleagues in following project processes and delivery updates using stipulated templates to ensure quality of reporting.
Managing travel, expenses and other team business requirements.
Loading R&D documents to a central R&D software and attributes required:

Administrative experience
Experience working as part of a projects team would be a distinct advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage own workload.
Confident to communicate at all levels, including senior management
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
A working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
Microsoft Project would be beneficial
The ability to multi-task, deal calmly with difficult or pressured situations and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlinesNext steps:
