What Will You Do? The Public RelationsMultimedia & Social MediaIntern , Irelandwill workwith with the Operations Manager, Academycamp management, the programme team and overall PSA Academiesbusiness to promote the PSA Rugby Academies via high quality imagery, video,social media activity and CRM marketing around the high performanceRugby Academies YouMust - Hold or be working towards industry-basedqualifications in Multimedia, English, DigitalMarketing or related areas. - Be an excellent communicatorable tocommunicate using varying methods. - Experience in and evidence of social media activity & quality multimediawork - Be adaptable. - Be a team player. - Be driven by high standards. - Be flexible to meet the demands ofthe job. - Be able tounderstand, meet and exceed company and client expectations. - Gain satisfactory DBS and/or IRFU Garda Vettingclearance. Key Responsibilities WhatsAppBroadcastCustomer Communications - Send programmeupdates a minimum of 3 times a day to our customers (parents),summarising the programme activity - Update the AcademyMaintain the PSA Academies Photos Cloud Storage Google Photosaccount and share the link with parents at lunch and dinnertimes. - Work with theAcademy Manager to Answer any direct message questions or comments in line withthe company policy Working with the Academy and Operations Manager tomanage all customer facing enquiries received via the Academy phone DailySocial Media PromotionSocial Media & Blog Activity - Run socialmedia stories in a creative way to promote the daily programmePublishregular social media posts positively showcasing the Academies programme, inline with company guidelines. - Publishregular site blog posts to showcase the Academies programme, in line withcompany guidelines. - Post dailysocial media posts in line with the company posting calendar - Workwith the Academy Manager and/or Operations Manager to answerany questions or comments received via social media channels inline with the company policy comments/messagesguidelines. VideoHighlights & Testimonials - Create End of Academy HighlightVideos for each Academy, using approved video & imagery via the videoediting software and company guidelinesprovided. - Capturevideo footage of players sharing their Academy experience to be used in future mMarketing. - Capturevideo footage of coaches sharing their experience and explaining the elementsthat they are training.the programme delivery that they are involved in. ImageCapturePhotography - Capture and backupimpactful,dynamic and high quality images of the high performance Academy programme as briefedpre-summer that promotesthe quality of the programme experienceusing the equipment provided bythe company. Health, Safety and Security - To feed back to the Academy Managerany H&S issues, incidents or operational improvements. - Befamiliar with your responsibilities in line with the company Welfare Policy& Prevent Strategy and proactively enforce these principles while workingfor PSA Academies. - Promptlyand confidentially communicate with the any safeguarding concerns to theAcademy Manager and/or Operations Manager.
