  • Available only to existing employees of Staffordshire University and agency workers currently assigned to this University through an employment agency

  • We are looking to appoint a Quality Enhancement Officer to join the University’s Quality Enhancement Service.  You will play a central role in the development of the University’s quality assurance and enhancement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the UK Quality Code for Higher Education, and will work with Faculties on the successful implementation of these.   You will manage a programme of on-campus and partner (UK and overseas) course approvals and reviews and represent the Service at a range of university meetings.

  • You will have knowledge of quality assurance and enhancement in higher education, the ability to quickly assimilate complex information and excellent negotiation and influencing skills.  Excellent written and oral communication skills are also essential.

  • This post is available as a fixed term secondment opportunity for 3 years
