  • Our client is a highly prestigious and well-established property/real estate firm. They manage and invest in some of the UK’s most important land, property and assets. They are currently seeking an experienced Team Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Central London team.

  • The**role**

  • •Provide full administrative support to the Legal team in all aspects of facilities and organisation including ad hoc and short notice requests, scanning, photocopying, maintaining/updating paper and electronic filling, organising events, arranging internal and external meetings and managing diaries, preparing and typing documents, technical assistance, fielding queries from the public and external contacts.

  • •To assist in the signing and sealing process where required.

  • •Supporting the PA to our General Counsel and Company Secretary as required.

  • •Full administrative support to the Assistant Company Secretary, including:

  • Responsibility for booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments and circulating meeting invitations and placeholders

  • Draft folders, calendars, timelines and meeting agendas based on the annual meeting cycle

  • Upload papers to Diligent for Board and Committees and archive materials over six months old

  • Project coordinator for i-site Secretariat section overhaul

  • Responsible for the administration of the annual declarations of interest exercise

  • Responsible for uploading final Board and Committee papers to sharepoint

  • Experience required

  • Experience of providing business support to a dynamic, professional team, dealing with a wide range of issues and stakeholders in a commercial environment.

  • Demonstrable experience of using initiative to improve business efficiency or service delivery

  • High level of IT competence, with strong capabilities using MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and ideally with knowledge management systems.

  • Experience of diary management for senior management and team members.

  • Experience administering a finance system such as Agresso, or demonstrable knowledge of the purchasing cycle of requisitions, purchase orders and goods receipting.
