Clearwater operates across the UK via three regions. Our Southern region covers the South of the country up to the Midlands. Our Northern region stretches from the Midlands into Scotland. Our third region covers both Northern and Southern Ireland. This is a great opportunity for experienced individuals within the Water Treatment Industry to join a fantastic, expanding and fast paced company. Clearwater Technology Ltd is a market leader in the Air Hygiene and Water Treatment industry. Main Purpose To act as a technical representative of Clearwater Technology Ltd, providing technical and commercial support to customers and staff. Main Tasks of the Job Experience in servicing high end water treatment accounts, including; heating and chilled systems, steam boilers and cooling towers. Knowledge of Pre-treatment plant and equipment desirable Take responsibility for the requirements of clients including collating all information & specifications to be passed to the Contracts Manager to ensure the contract is carried out to the satisfaction of the client, and with due regard for relevant standards and statutory requirements. Ensure all service work is completed as detailed under contract agreements with clients, in accordance with Service Standard Manual (&/or client’s specification). Verifying Technical Service Reports for commercial/technical accuracy prior to sending to clients. Inform clients in writing of any potential problems. To complete service works on time and, in accordance with servicing standards and inline with our ISO 9001 standard company procedures, industry guidelines and customer specification. To complete all necessary paperwork accurately and return as required to customer or CWT, including preparation of contract review checklists to be forwarded to their line manager for commercial and technical review prior to forwarding to customers. To liaise effectively with Clearwater staff and customers by telephone, email, letter and at our offices. To take responsibility for identifying own training needs and helping to train others. Works on own initiative and managers own work quality, quantity and deadlines Problem solving responsibility. Setting a culture of continuous improvement and ideas. Any other suitable tasks. The successful candidate should have good team working skills and the ability to work on their own initiative, have good communication skills and a professional manner in supporting our customers and work colleagues. In addition to this a full licence is required, and a vehicle will be provided. Strictly no agencies.
