Title Director, Communications & Digital Media

Summary / Heading A global Med Comms company is looking for an experienced and passionate Director to lead their Clinical Communications services, Digital Media, Account Management and Global Studio services teams across their entire medical communications function.

This role will sit within the supportive and ambitious senior management team and reports into the Vice President. Tasks will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting with developing the strategy and vision for the agency • Providing leadership to a team of 20 (3 direct reports) • Working closely with the senior management team on all aspects of delivery, strategy and business development • Maintaining current accounts and clients whilst supporting organic growth • Ensuring teams are exceeding goals and objectives • Actively seeking to build and develop new client relationships

Location Littlehampton (some home working)

Salary Up to £90,000 (plus exceptional bonus and benefits)

Candidate Requirements: • Med comms agency experience. (Open to CRO/Pharma experience). • Strong leadership experience at director level. • 5 years of direct line management experience. • Experience of managing cross functional teams (desired). • Experience within digital studio and creative experience (desired). • Experience of Patient Recruitment or Investigator Communications (desired). • Strong account management experience and sales acumen needed. • Strong client relationship management experience or focus is key.
