Client Liaison Specialist (Financial Services)
£21000 - £25000 per annum
Do you have outstanding customer service skills and previous experience gained either within the financial services sector or other professional services industry? This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a friendly and forward thinking financial services organisation based in Taunton within easy reach of the M5 as a Client Liaison specialist.
This role is a key part of the relationship management team and if successful you will be providing excellent levels of services and care to clients. The role will involve providing administrative support to a team of financial planners and will be very varied.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all clients of the business. Act as main point of contact for both new enquiries and existing client queries, including onboarding of new clients to the business. Arranging appointments, attending client meetings and liaising with clients as required. Supporting financial planners in development and maintenance of internal relationships to help them maintain business flow. Issuing client letters of engagement and producing client reports Maintaining client database General administration including scanning/filing documents, binding and archiving documents and sorting the post as needed
Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) minimum, with grades AC to include English and Maths. Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience using Intelligent Office is highly desirable (but not essential) Efficient, methodical, organised, punctual and able to work independently Creative thinker, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards A keen attention to detail Great interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Able to work under pressure and prioritise workloads to meet client expectations Customer service and administration experience.
Ideally educated to A/ AS Level or equivalent. Certificate in Financial Services Experience in Intelligent Office.
Previous experience of working within the financial services industry would be advantageous but not essential. However you will need the ability to learn quickly and be able to juggle changing priorities. For further information please contact Lucy Wiltshire at the Taunton office.
