Our client is looking for a VP,
International Sales to oversee the overall productivity and effectiveness of
the international sales operation. He/she plays a direct role in developing and
maintaining key customer relationships, while simultaneously providing
strategic direction and progressive leadership. The ideal and successful
candidate will provide exemplary leadership to ensure sales, direct margin, and
organizational objectives and goals are met. The VP, International Sales will
lead the creation and execution of dynamic international sales strategies to
maximize our client’s current and future growth in the international market. This person will
report directly to the CEO and is a member of the company’s executive
committee. This position is based in UK and
requires travel to nearby countries or regions. Essential Functions - Be responsible for the

  • direction and management of all international sales and market development
  • operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and
  • sales strategy. - Act as an active participant in
  • defining overall international sales strategy and direction to ensure
  • alignment and rapidly grow the business for short and long-term
  • success. - Develop close working
  • relationships with senior leaders within the existing customer base and
  • build and manage relationships with key industry partners, and
  • associations in our core markets. - Implement and oversee
  • appropriate sales processes to augment and increase sales effectiveness
  • and achieve annual sales objectives - Identify and provide leadership
  • on strategic sales opportunities with prospective customers and involve
  • appropriate Client resources to move them through the sales cycle
  • effectively and efficiently. - Develop Client’s
  • international go-to market strategies that ensures year-to-year growth and
  • expectations within Client’s portfolio. - Recruit, hire, train, and
  • mentor a highly effective team to achieve annual goals and objectives.
  • Build and implement an infrastructure of excellence and high performing
  • organization as well as increasing team commitment and work satisfaction. - Provide ongoing support of the
  • international sales team through the use of prescribed sales enablement
  • programs and tools. - Play an active role in the
  • executive committee team by providing insightful updates and knowledge
  • sharing in the international market and sales trends. - Work closely with the VP,
  • Americas Sales and Customer Success to ensure a seamless partnership and
  • collaboration within the Global Sales Organization. ### Requirements - Highly
  • knowledgeable and capable senior sales leader with a proven track record
  • of selling high-value complex solutions and building teams in high growth
  • APAC and EMEA markets. - A strong understanding and/or
  • experience of information security, SaaS models, identity and
  • authentication, and B2B2C sales models. - Minimum
  • of 12 years as a successful seller with 7 years of management experience
  • leading a sales team. - Experience
  • in a global/subsidiary infrastructure. - Experience
  • in selling to core online vertical markets – social (including dating),
  • gaming and gambling, mass-scale cloud services (e.g. Salesforce, Evernote) - Demonstrated
  • ability to build, lead, and manage an enterprise and strategic sales team - Ability
  • to articulate complex ideas and strategies. - Exceptional
  • verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is
  • required. - Ability
  • and willingness to travel is required. - Fluency
