UX Web Designer is required by Logic Engagements to work for our client a market leading and industry renowned company based in Central London.

Reporting directly to the Digital Experience Design Lead, you will be responsible for designing the user experience for our clients core customer journeys. You will work alongside and collaborate with other talented designers, editors, product owners and developers to deliver an excellent customer experience across all channels.

Responsibilities of the incumbent include but are not limited to:

• Designing new features across customer journeys

• Optimising existing experiences to boost visitor engagement and conversion rate

• Validating designs with actionable data from a range of sources

• Contributing to style guides and design system

• Presenting designs and explaining rationale to senior stakeholders

• Working closely with editors to ensure that content is considered as part of the design process

• Working with developers to deliver best possible customer experience within OS guidelines

In order to be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven background working as a Digital or UX/UI Designer with the following knowledge/experience:

• A minimum of four years experience with strong skills in both UX/UI Design

• Strong experience designing digital user journeys across responsive websites and ideally apps

• Demonstrable experience of problem definition and facilitating product discovery across multiple disciplines

• Previous experience working to the Agile/Scrum methodology

• Confident in tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, AxureRP, InVision

• Excellent team collaboration skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues across the business
