This is an exciting & challenging time for us and we’re looking for an experienced Technical Analyst to play a key part in the delivery of the new platform.

As Technical Analyst, you’ll be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities.

You’ll need to prove you have the relevant experience and demonstrate your confidence, professionalism, enthusiasm, self-motivation, communication skills and your attention to detail in tasks undertaken.
Role and Responsibilities Analyse and model existing processes and technical implementations to feed into the platform migration plan Work with the Product Owner to maintain the roadmap and sprint backlogs Create user stories with appropriate technical detail and acceptance criteria Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse business requirements Work with the development team & product owner to find optimal technical solutions – pragmatism is key Engage with the wider group of stakeholders to understand the core business and the drivers Maintain an awareness of interdependencies between workstreams & teams Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives and other agile ceremonies Essential Criteria Significant experience working closely with technology teams and writing stories with a technical bias Experience in leading agile ceremonies Significant experience in modelling existing and “to be” processes and solutions Practical experience of BDD Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills Tenacious approach to understanding the finest detail of how everything works.
No stone should be left unturned Experience working with and modelling HTTP APIs (preferably REST/JSON) A technical background including experience working with relational/NoSql databases & programming languages (ideally c but any coding experience is beneficial)
