You will initially receive full training allowing you to settle in, understand the role and the company. As you grow an learn you will be tasked with managing and developing new business opportunities. You will have to ensure great customer relationships are built and maintained through regular contact. The company has a great history of growing an developing emerging sales talent to become successful sales people. As a Graduate Business Development Representative , the package you will receive is: * £21,500 basic salary * Guaranteed quarterly bonus * Social/Incentives * 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays What you will do: First 6 months * Learn a lot! * Start gaining great commercial exposure * Receive full training * Find and develop new business Next 6-12 months * Start working towards targets * Take more ownership on individual clients * Begin to learn and understand the full sales process * Take more ownership over sales and business development
