Our client a leading new homes developer are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a brand new site starting in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

The 190 unit traditional build development consists of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. The project is due to start in February so the successful Site Manager will take it from groundworks through to completion. The role of the Site Manager will be manage the construction process within time and budget reporting directly into a Contracts Manager.

Essential:

Proven track record of managing traditional build projects from groundworks through to completion
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificates
Right to work in the UKOn offer:

£65,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus
