My client is a large groundworks and RC frame subcontractor operating throughout London and the South East.

They are looking for a regional Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to manage a portfolio of projects in Cambridge, Hertfordshire and Essex.

Their client base are an array for housing developers whom they have some very long term relationships with.

The role will be to commercially manage groundworks and concrete frame packages with a focus on the Cambridge area, but also coverage for Hertfordshire/Essex. The role will be mainly site based.

Residential experience is essential.

You will be be able to re-measure and cost the works from first principles, provide margin creation & flair for opportunity, with awareness of risks.
