A friendly and vibrant SEND secondary school is currently seeking Teaching Assistants to join their existing staff team.

Situated near Hillingdon hospital, the school specialises in working with children and young people with severe and complex needs.

Working in class and on a 1to1 basis, you will be part of a strong and dedicated staff team that has a genuinely supportive dynamic. Onsite training is provided free of charge from day one, and most successful applicants move on to the school's permanent staff within the first 6 months.

The ideal applicant will have previous experience of working with students with additional needs, and should excel at managing challenging behaviour. They will also be willing to support students with personal care if needs be and have a reliable and open-minded attitude.
